Article 1 Purpose

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Automill ("Company") and users regarding cloud security solutions, AI educational content, and related services ("Services").

Article 2 Definitions

"User" means members and non-members who access and use the Company's services under these terms. "Member" means a person who has registered and can continuously use the services.

Article 3 Effect and Modification

These terms take effect upon posting on the service screen or other notification methods for all users. The Company may modify these terms within the scope of applicable laws.

Article 4 Provision and Modification of Services

The Company provides the following services: cloud security solutions, AI educational content, and other services as determined by the Company. The Company may modify all or part of the services as needed for technical changes.

Article 5 Membership Registration

Users apply for membership by filling out the registration form and agreeing to these terms. The Company generally accepts user applications for service use.

Article 6 Member Obligations

Members must comply with applicable laws, these terms, and service notices, and must not interfere with the Company's business. Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.

Article 7 Payment and Refunds

Members pay for services according to methods specified by the Company. Unused products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. For discounted products, refunds are issued excluding the discount rate. Other refund policies follow the details specified on individual product pages.

Article 8 Contract Termination and Service Restriction

If a member violates these terms or applicable laws, the Company may revoke membership or temporarily restrict service use without prior notice. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company must process it promptly according to applicable laws.

Article 9 Company Obligations

The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or these terms or contrary to public order, and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services. The Company establishes security systems and complies with privacy policies to protect user personal information.

Article 10 Copyright Ownership and Use Restriction

Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company. Users must not use information obtained through services for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, or distribution without prior Company consent.

Article 11 Dispute Resolution

For lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters. Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by applicable laws and commercial customs.
